Quarries and construction of the plant for the production of cube-shaped gravel fractions
based on deposits of granites in the Poltava region


 
The aim of the project: the restoration of the quarry and the start of the cube-shaped gravel plant for highly liquid and competitive products for domestic and export markets.

Background: The field of granites and migmatites located on the northwestern outskirts of Poltava region, on the right bank of the Dnieper River.

Quarry Description:
- Area - 47.3 ha
- The depth of the granite mass of 10 to 150 meters
- Characteristics of the rock mass - the conclusion of laboratory research
- Background radiation - 1 category is allowed to be used for any type of construction
- The nearest railway linking: 14 km - Station Krukovo and through the Dnieper River – 1200m - Port Komsomolsk
- Availability of the road – the own road, paved highway to Dnepropetrovsk - Kiev - 8km, to Kremenchug - 20km.
- Availability of the berth - was retained, concrete piles, preserved galleries transporters, the area for the storage of products is, the depth at the quay wall of 8.6 meters. Distance to Kiev along the Dnieper  250 km.
- The prospect of development - not limited to, the yield of the rock mass on the surface
- The pit is developed in the two horizons to a depth of 90 meters, is now flooded with sewage to a depth of 30-35 meters. Pumping of waste water will be done within 1,5 - 2 months.
- The pit is just 120 meters from the Dnieper River
- Shipping and transportation of finished products of the project is mainly carried out by water cargo barges.
- The residual mass of the mined rock is 1-1,2 million.m3.

 The Plant for production of biodiesel
 
 
The business plan is developed as part of an investment project to build a plant for the production of biodiesel in an area of 3.7 hectares of land in Zhitomir region (70 km from Kyiv). These calculations were based on the findings of the latest technology, which provides continuous cultivation of the biological environment - freshwater algae in the biological reactors. And it allows refusing from the traditional cultivation of crops for biofuel production. Technology is sufficiently efficient and allows bringing the production cost of biodiesel to the price of 250 euro per ton
 

The project
 
The Concept of the investment project of building a plant for producing biodiesel includes the implementation of commercial project to build the factory premises and installation of equipment for futher their operation - long-term contracts of sale of diesel fuel for delivery to the end consumer.
 
The concept was developed based on average requirements for diesel fuel both legal and natural persons, as well as the marketing research of the use of land that is held by specialists of "Biodiesel Dnepr”.

The main advantages of the project
 
Partial coverage  of the deficiency of diesel fuel in Ukraine, is production from freshwater algae, year-round production cycle, independence from suppliers in Russia, income diversification project by multifunctional  use of the final product and  part coverage of the growing demand for diesel fuel.
 
 
 
 
 
 Garbage recycling complex in Lugansk region

Explanatory note.
 
The East Ukrainian processing company "Clean Donbas" has won the tender for the construction of the GRC in the Lugansk region.
 
The  area of 8.125 hectares of land is given for the construction of the GRC. The site was chosen from the calculation in order to withstand all the sanitary norms and requirements. With all the available technology the choice was made  on the GRC "Termoselekt” a capacity of 100-150 thousands tons per year, as technology provides the processing of all debris consistent with hazardous (toxic) waste, which in Ukraine is practically absent.
 
The contract for the construction of the GRC in signed, which includes the supply of equipment, design work and project of development (project must meet the challenges of the "State Program for the Treatment of municipal waste in Ukraine"), for construction and construction-assembly work.
 
The site was chosen for the construction of the GRC in the oldest operating landfills, in the center of distance between the towns: Alchevsk (110 000 populatin.), Stakhanov (100 000 population), The Brianka (60 000.),  Pervomaisk (50 000),  Perevalsk (30 000.), a total is the 350 thousand people, the distance to the regional center  Lugansk - 30 km.
Each year, Luhansk region removes Garbar to landfill in amount of 2.2 million m3, with a landfill disposal 169 (total area 446ga), excluding illegal landfill.
 
Approximately GRC offers the following scope of utilization rate of capacity 100 - 150 thousand tons per year at the input:
- Industrial waste - 40 – 55 thousand tons
- Solid waste - 30 - 45 thousand tons
- Toxic waste - 30 - 50 thousand tons
 
At the entrance to the result of the processing we can obtain:
- Gas volume - 82.6 million m3
- Clean hot water - 35 thousand tons
- Mineral components - 23 thousand tons
- Metals - 2,9 thousand tons
- Salt - 1 thousand tons
- Sulfur - 200 tons

The project site is selected near the Alchevsk Metallurgical Combine (1km.), which can take the full amount of synthesis gas. A huge amount of hot water can be sent to the city's needs or to create a hothouse of. Optionally, it is possible to sort waste: paper, plastic, glass, rubber and create a department for processing raw materials to finished products. The amount of land allocated in the light of the possibility of creating additional technological facilities.

Project summary

Relevance to the objectives of the "State Program for the Treatment of domestic waste in Ukraine" and innovative aspects of the project.
 
This project is fully consistent with the law of Ukraine "On Waste» (¹ 187/98-vr, 12.01.2005) and will be implemented under the concept of "State Program for the Treatment of municipal waste in Ukraine" (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ukraine N 265, 04.03.2004).
The main objectives of this program are (tasks and directions of the decision given in the original - Resolution of the Cabinet of Ukraine N 265, 04.03.2004):
 
- «to reduce the amount of waste that buried by using the new technologies….”
 
- “to sort the waste in order to use valued minerals…”
The project foresees the use of proven advanced technology of wellknown European companies (eg company MUT Maschinen - umwelttechnik - Transportanlagen GmbH, Austria) for the transport, storage, sorting and processing of solid waste (waste sorting stations and garbage trucks, integrated systems for managing and extracting valuable components of MSW);
 
- "..to do the effective use of the waste.... "
 
The project foresees the use of several innovative technology companies in Europe (eg, companies Weime, Germany; company Energie-und Verfahrenstechnik GmbH, Germany), as well as companies from CIS countries (eg South-Ural Industrial Company, Russia) for the processing components of MSW to additional sources of energy (innovatsioonoe solid fuel, mini CHP, fuel oil).
 
The main objective of the project - the creation of preconditions and industrial opportunities for environmental improvement, economic and social development of the Crimea through a phased transition from the cost of the posting of municipal solid waste (MSW) at landfills and waste dumps to complete their processing into a profitable commercial products at waste complex (GRC) with additional secondary (cluster) of production.
 
To achieve this goal by the companies that initiated a project, the most cost-effective scheme of garbage sorting complex (GSC) with additional secondary production is developed. Creating such a complex makes the processing of waste in a cost-effective activity with full sanitary cleaning of the city and surrounding settlements.

 
 
 

1.Polymer concrete. (Cement less technology)
 

The technology is aimed at the elimination of mine waste heaps.
Filling - mine pit heaps and slag waste heat power plants and other materials.
The strength of finished products is ranging from 200 to 800 kg/cm2.
 
The cost of finished goods does not exceed the cost of cement production technology.
A strength property of polymer is much higher than the strength properties of cement products. Use without cement technology allows getting the high-quality concrete directly at the foot of waste dumps, with the subsequent delivery of finished products to the consumer. Equipment for the manufacture of cement technology is fully suitable for the production of polymer concrete.
 
Operation of polymer is possible through the day, while the cement technology we must wait the required strength of at least 15 days.
The products that are made of polymer can be used at operating temperatures up to 9000 C.
There is a declarative patent.
 
 
 
 
 Bottling of mineral water on an industrial basis.
 
 
It is proposed the joint cooperation for bottling water on an industrial basis in the Zaporozhzhya region or sale of this object.
 
There is private land on Act a total area of 2.8488 hectares. There are two wells with mineral water in this area, flow rate of each well is 100 tons of water per day (100 x 2 = 200t). A new water bottling plant readily is 85%, there is a warehouse of finished products, a room for living - a house mechanic.
 
The company is located in a purely ecological zone and in the area within a radius of 100 km there are no large enterprises.
 
The analysis of water in the first well showed that the composition of mineral water in compliance with the GOST 878 - 93 "Water mineral water.
 
Water in its parameters and components is Sulfatnogidrokarbonatnoyu.
The analysis of water in other wells showed that the drinking water and complies with GOST 2874 - 84.
 
These parameters are checked at the Ukrainian Scientific Research Institute of Food Stamp rehabilitation and balneology Odessa.
 
Supplement:
 
There is 2.7 hectares of land for 49 years in a lease. This territory is located warehouse. The total amount of land is 5.5488 hectares.
 
 
 
 
 Establishment of DGPS.

GPS, undoubtedly, is the most accurate global positioning system. But even its incredible accuracy can be improved by using technology, called "Differential GPS - DGPS". With its use the positioning errors are reduced to meters and below. Thanks to this the system intrudes into unexpected areas of application.

Creating the system of coordinates consumption in real time using inexpensive receivers with the mechanism of withdrawal of payment from the accounts of users. Companies producing GPS equipment, supply gps receivers with built-in receivers of the long frequencies. In the three cities of Ukraine: Kiev, Uman, Ternopol the stations gps is installed, the coordinates, rise towers of long frequency transmitters and broadcast the differential corrections.

Productions of fuel briquettes from the agricultural waste
 


The essence of the investment project:

creation of the production of fuel briquettes from agricultural residues and wood industry (straw, husks of sunflower seeds, buckwheat, as well as sawdust and shavings) and their implementation.

minimal, since the money is invested in proven areas of business to meet the growing demand for the products of the enterprise. The main objectives of the project: the purchase of necessary equipment and technology; purchase the necessary raw materials and components (first batch).
The main scope of products - private consumers, district and local boilers of small and medium-power, large power plants and CHP.

The share of investor in the financing of the project

-100% Share of an investor in management (the word investor)
- 50% Share of the investor in the project (refund) - 50% of net profit every month for the entire term of the investor in the project. Time to be an investor in the project is 5 years. Conditions may be amended or supplemented by agreement for reasons of long-term cooperation.

Status:
 
There are examples of products with similar productions from other regions. License for import of equipment and works - is not required. Later, it will require certification of products in the organs of State Standard of Ukraine. Recipe is supplied by equipment suppliers free of charge.
To implement the project is a group of skilled performers.
 
There are the preliminary agreements with suppliers of equipment and raw materials. There is an agreement with the buyers and the main consumers of the product.
Planned integrated figures for the organization of production of fuel briquettes (250 ton/month.) :

Step 1 - acquisition of equipment for the production of briquettes
 - The line for the production of fuel briquettes capacity of 700 kg / h - 260 UAH (commissioning and staff training is included)
 - Hardware to the press - 24 UAH
 - Baled straw chopper capacity of 1000 kg / hour - 93 UAH
 - Packaging line - 8 UAH
Total: 385 thousand UAH.

Step 2: Preparation of shop (industrial area, storage of raw materials and finished products - 500 m2, the installation of electrical 380V, ventilation, lighting, power 90 - 100 kW / h).

Calculate the cost of 1 ton of production:
- Raw Materials (baled straw, husks) - 110 UAH / ton;
- Power 120 kW - 102 UAH;
- Workers' wages at 70 USD / day - 40 UAH / ton;
- Packaging - 20 UAH / ton;
- Depreciation of equipment - 20 UAH;
- Transport - 35 UAH.
Total: 387 UAH.
 
The average wholesale purchase price of briquettes today is 70 Euro / t, which is 700 UAH / t (self-export). Income is 313 USD. The payback period is about 8 - 10 months.
 
To implement the project is a group of skilled performers.
