Kornishyn Volodymyr Sergіyovych was appointed as
Plenipotentiary of IUoCF in Canada according to the decision of Council of
International Union of Cossack Forces (IUoCF). 
KORNІShIN Volodimir Sergіiovich is the Captain of
IUoCF and hereditary Cossack.

Kornishyn Volodymyr Sergіyovych is appointed as Plenipotentiary of IUoCF in Canada and has official rights to form the units in Canada and to submit documents of assigning ranks to the Ataman Council of IUoCF.
